By working with CloudGirlsDigital Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide creative digital services, including (but not limited to) branding, design, content creation, video editing, social media management, and template design. Full details of deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your chosen package or proposal.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or at the start of each service month (for retainers).

• Work begins once the deposit and all required details are received.

3. Revisions

• Packages include 1–2 small revision rounds unless otherwise stated.

• Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary information, files, content, or approvals needed to complete your project. Delays in providing this information may extend the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final, approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Templates, tools, and digital products are licensed for personal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable for work already completed.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses caused by the misuse of deliverables after handover.

• Platform changes (e.g., Instagram/TikTok algorithm updates).

• Outcomes outside our control, such as audience growth or sales performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
